Seoryung is an interdisciplinary visual artist, designer, and educator. While she takes on client-commissioned work, her personal practice is not confined by boundaries, allowing her to explore a diverse range of creative expressions. Her work spans from graphic design to expressive drawing and painting, often incorporating traditional materials. Her research interests lie in the intersection of language and translation, viewing them not merely as text to be read but as visual forms—graphic elements or drawings—that convey meaning beyond words.

    Visual Identity Project:
Developed a new visual system that maintains a strong, consistent style while showcasing the distinct identity of Blood Orange Review (BOR). Starting from the ground up, I led the design of the logo, brand identity, and key visuals, while also overseeing the digital marketing strategy and design process. The goal was to craft a cohesive design concept that authentically represents BOR and sets it apart from other online literary journals from similar institutions.
