Founded in 2006, Blood Orange Review is an online literary and arts journal publishing fiction, creative nonfiction, poetry, and art. Staffed by students and faculty at Washington State University.
Developed a new visual system that maintains a strong, consistent style while showcasing the distinct identity of Blood Orange Review (BOR). Starting from the ground up, I led the design of the logo, brand identity, and key visuals, while also overseeing the digital marketing strategy and design process. The goal was to craft a cohesive design concept that authentically represents BOR and sets it apart from other online literary journals from similar institutions.
